I don't know for sure but Hawaii isso laid back...cops aren't going to care.

Here in California...I know (2) buddies that run them. (1) has yellow HIDs. You'll be fine...cops may pull you over if you ONLY have your fogs on & no headlights.

I would think Hawaii would be more concern with "ice-heads"

Hawaii doesn't even have a helmet law...I doubt their going to care about yellow fogs...
