Yellow milkyness in oil fill neck / cap. Am I fackered?

Did an oil change today and came across this fine substance in my oil filler neck and on my cap.

Nothing weird in the oil when it dropped out. Nothing weird in the filter. Collant levels seem fine.

Currently at 362,000KM / 225,000Miles

Thoughs? Next Steps?

It's likely condensation from short trips and the engine oil not reaching full temp. Is there anything weird with the coolant?

Hopefully that is it!

Coolant looks fine visually and levels have not dropped meaningfully.

Recently semi-retired the truck when the missus got a new daily. Dedicated off-roader / ski touring camper / light towing vehicle now. We have been trying to make sure it gets up to temp as much as possible due to a fear of cylinder wash down. But, it has been used a lot more for short trips to the dog park etc 5-15 mins away compared to before. I'm sure the Canadian winters wouldn't help with condensation or reaching operating temps.

Saw this in my sidebar. I get this on my 4th gen all the time. First time I saw the milkyness was like a decade ago.

I believe that in addition to 4.0 having a long oil neck is the the reason you see the yellow milkyness there.

Cold weather, short trips. Make sure you are changing your oil more frequently. I do many short, cold trips-can't be avoided. I change mine at 3K.
