YES!! License Plates!

Tomorrow afternoon I'm picking up my Vanity License Plates! WOO HOO! I have waited 4 MONTHS for these. Finally I called today and asked if I could track them and see where the were and they asked my name and what the plate said so I told them "TenMile" and she told me she looked down and it was right there, first one in the box!! I can't wait to get them!

I'll post some pictures once I get them on! :rocker:

Ten Mile is a lake that I have a cabin on in Minnesota. I pretty much grew up there and met all of my best friends there. It's one of my favorite places in the world! :biggrin2:

As my sig says. If someone really wanted my license plate, they'd just get it when i was driving on the road, or on the parking lot. One way or another, they'll get what they want. So I don't bother. :biggrin2:

Was wondering what the Colorado connection is to a lake in Minn?

My family has been going there since I was the age of 2. We were brought there from our families greatest friends and continued visiting and then 10 years ago my parents bought a cabin there and I started living there in the summers, working at a restaurant on the lake, and met some of my best friends there. :bigok:

I know, I saw your sig. That's why I was being sarcastistic toward the other thread that is going on about this.

As for the TenMile location, the co-ord's didn't make sense with CO. Now we know. Sounds like a great place to be.

is it just me or do the vanity plates here in CO look like the letters are ironed on? in WA i had custom plates and the letters were raised like all of the other plates but here they are not why is that?

Ya they are ironed on. I don't know why they can't stamp them like normal plates...

I seriously doubt anyone will bother to look up his name/address to steal his Hella bulbs. LOL.

But maybe I'll look up his info just for the heck of it. It's easy enough to do. Anyone can do it right online.
