Yet another -T4R N00b- brake question

I recently acquired a 200k 1990 T4R 4WD V6 Manual. During a backup I heard a pop and the breaks went to the floor during the stop. Upon review of the rear I found that the brake line broke. After replacing both front and rear break lines entirely, still straight to the floor, with only the tension of the spring on the pedal. After replacing the MC, I finally get plenty of pressure built up while the T4R is turned off, but the minute you turn it on... floor. I have bench bled the MC and bled the lines at the tire, everything should be working fine. I have changed out brake lines for years and aside from the possibility of getting air in the ABS I can't think of anything else.

During a brake test, the only wheel that consistently wants to lock up is the passenger rear.

You still may have air in the lines, and are you bleeding them in the proper order? RR, LR, LF, RF, LSPV. Sometimes it takes a while to work the air out of the lines.

Also, the fact that you loose pressure w/engine on is strange, the only diff then is vacum to the booster, but a bad booster would just make the pedal harder to push.

Yup bleeding furthest from the reservoir to the closest. (at least from what I've known from bleeding previous vehicles and reading sources for 90 T4R's it was RtRear, LftRear, RtFront, LftFront, LSPV - if I am wrong please tell me, I noticed that you said RR, LR, LF, RF, LSPV)

I'll get back to re-bleeding sometime this week to make sure that all the air is out, I just found it extremely odd (and frustrating) that it would be an "air in the lines issue" for as long as I spent bleeding, which was the better part of a Sunday. I have tossed out the booster being the problem, it is nice to see that someone else can suggest also rulng that out.
