Oh, no no. Don't get me wrong, I was just saying that for ME it was expensive. Lol. I've put enough into my 4runner already.

If you go with the 3" David, you will probably want to go with 285's to make it look good. That means that will be more expensive plus hurt your gas mileage more. :\

Yeah that's seems to be the general consensus. But judging from that picture of the runner with the Ultimate Lift Kit, which is 3", the 265's look pretty good. Decisions, decisions. I could always just get 265's and the 2.5" kit from Toytec which would probably look better. Regardless, anything will look better than the 225's with 15" rims I'm sitting on right now

They may not have had the suspension turned all the way up to 3". That kit is adjustable.

True, I was just assuming that if the rear coils were 3" they would have likely adjusted the fronts to somewhere in the same range.

The rears are just coils, not a adjustable. And since the truck doesn't appear to have any rake, I would say it's probably right around a 2.5" lift. Most people know that going up to a larger tire is going to cost more money initially and at the gas pump so stop raining on everyone's parade!:bash:
