Unfortunately, I think a lifted 4 runner (especially one without sway bars) might be in last place ;-(

Exactly. Makes me wonder how much thought goes into lifting a vehicle and removing the sway bars. What's great for off road is terrible on the road.

I remember having a conversation with a CHP officer who explained that most SUV's making an evasive maneuver at highway speeds exceeding 60mph will roll, below they will typically slide unless hitting a static object.

Given the right conditions (namely speed and hitting that static object), virtually any vehicle can roll. But of course the higher center of gravity of an SUV will give it a lower roll threshold than a typical sedan.

Then again, modern safety features can really make a significant difference when it comes to evasive manuervers. Consider the difference for the now infamous "moose test" that Jeep first failed and then corrected with nothing but calibration/tuning of these safety systems.
