Your take on trading in a ltd for a trd pro

So you drove a Trail/TRD Offroad with a fancy paint job and some more appearance stuff and you think it drove different than other models. You are a perfect customer for Toyota and it's ability to rip people off with mediocrity. :juggle:

Why personally attack someone for stating their opinion or experience of a test drive? Have you driven both? The Pro does drive differently than the Trail w/o KDSS. ANY change to suspension is going to affect the drive. And they have different suspension setups. It may not be leaps and bounds, but there is a difference. Now when you add in KDSS the difference becomes more apparent.

It was directed more towards Toyota and how the public keeps buying their mediocre vehicles for high prices. As a result they will not release anything new for over a decade on most of their lineup. An now Toyota is being left behind on everything except for maybe reliability. YMMV.

You'd be right.

PRO is essentially a Trail without KDSS, no sunroof, factory lift that isn't even a real lift that clunks and thumps, fancy aftermarket wheels, and "limited run" color schemes make the decontented PRO the most expensive T4R before you pay 5k ADM for the privilege of owning one.
