Looking real good bro! Love your bumper/roof rack choices...I'm probably headed the same way at some point.

Got my RTT mount completed... Had to rotate the crossbars back 90 degrees and mount my new extra 80/20 bars underneath at the right spacing to fit in my rack!

Old and new stainless hardware...

Thru-holes in the 80-20 & completed mount! Ready to drop in to the rack, with full support.

So yeah, it's beefy, it does the job, I like it, but here's what I wish I would have known BEFORE buying the plate:

Yep, that's a 5" funnel wedged between the skid and drain pan because the 3" drain hole is off, doesn't line up. :nono:

Do you think it didn't line up because you had the spacers in due to the diff drop?

No, it was off laterally with respect to the direction of the vehicle. Wish that was the case! Still not a huge issue though. It's a chunk of steel that l'll serve a purpose.

Looks like you got it sorted? I commented on your thread and sent you a PM... be glad to help.

On a side note, I got my PSD's in today - install coming this weekend!

Not quite - just trying to do some analysis before I crack em back open this weekend.

PSDs?The window panel storage system thingy? Cool!

ORANGE BOXX FAB. Did everyone run away yet? Good. Be scared. I don't want you looking at my build anymore :lmao:
Now that that's outta the way, let's get to business...

As you peeps might remember, I ordered a set of PSD's from OrangeBoxx Fabrication back in November during their black Friday sale. 11 weeks ago, to be exact. Before anyone goes out and screams about how long it took; yes, it was past their lead time - but check this out...

After delving back into the depths of the forum, I found all the details of OBF and their history with T4R guys. Well, I was very impressed overall and I don't know why anyone gives them a bad rap nowadays. Seriously. These guys are down to earth and make a good (CUSTOM, might I add) product. In the end, that's what it boils down to!

Writeup coming in the next few posts...

Little sneak peek at my hidden feature of the retrofit I built in and never wired up until the past weekend... :laser:
