TRD Limited Fat Bike Hauler v1.1

Hi All,

Back at it and finally updating the Headlights & Driving Lights on this truck with the Morimoto Lights. To say I
am happy with this lights is an understatement and I can't thank the guys at Chitown 4x4 for suggesting them
and actually having them in stock.

any chance you remember the part # for 12 and 13 on the rear bumper diagram? could not find online and could not for the life of me get it from the parts dept at my local dealership.

Okay so I just searched my spreadsheet and no go on the part number.

I used this site to figure out most of the part numbers and then order everything from my local dealer. If you can't find I can ask some of the other guys that did the conversion over the years.

yes please can you ask the others, i used a similar site and each time i search they dont list those part numbers. thank you so much for all your assistance in this process.

Part number 12 and 13 are meant for MY 2009-2013 bumpers. If you need those they are 52707-35010 (left), 52706-35010 (right), and the retaining clip 75392 (75392-35220 white or 75392-0R010 blue).

They aren't used on MY 2013+ bumpers.

So #13 are valance clips. What was #12 for ? I already installed my TRD rear bumper. Just wondering

The fender "flare" on the rear bumper for those models aren't molded into the actual bumper (kind of like the rear quarter door trim) so you need those extra parts to complete.

I am still trying to figure out if there is a lower radiator close out panel that is used when you have the TRD Skid Plate. So far we have tried two of them and neither work.

Hey - I'm new to this forum and have read a ton of your posts. Thank you SO much for the great detail on the Limited to TRD swap! I just traded in my 2010 Limited with 250k miles for a 2020 Nightshade (Limited). I'm trying to make the front bumper swap to a Venture (SR5) as soon as possible, so my stock bumper can be sold in stock condition. (See image below for my current swap plan.)

I wanted to see if you ever updated this parts list with the 4 remaining parts. I know my parts will be different, but I'd love to have this as a base. Also, if you happen to have it in a spreadsheet format instead of a PDF, that would be incredible! Thanks again.

Nightshade w/trd bumper would be nice. I wish I had the nightshade interior colors. I should of gone this route

I’m going to have to go back and see what I have left to do.

I have a 2019 so I'm not sure if certain parts are slightly different. I used 2nd Chance's parts list to do my conversion as well.

If you get the TRD skid plate, you don't need the lower radiator air dam valance and OEM skid parts (52129-35030 and 51450-6005). You will need to remove your old radiator deflectors regardless and add new ones (53293-35020 and 53294-35020).

See below for the list of parts that I used. Some of the part numbers for clips are the same throughout so the names may be arbitrary. Also some of quantities for the clips (75392-35220) are wrong depending on whether or not you want valance trim from the Off-Road or Pro.

The reinforcement bar components are not included below. The limited uses a different bar so it needs to be replaced. I highly recommend you try to find a complete reinforcement bar set for sale used, it saves you a lot of time and money. There are a number of parts you need separately otherwise and they add up in cost. I picked up a complete set for ~160.

You'll also need the bumper. If you decide to get a new one, just get the OEM one and do not save money on this part.
