I've never done a ZPC in the 9 years I've had my 4R. I've seen posts and threads about doing a ZPC to resolve VSC lights showing, but this, from the 2008 TSB covering 4th Gens, says a ZPC is needed even if no lights are on:
"Perform this procedure if any of these repairs have been performed on the vehicle:
• Wheel alignment has been adjusted.
• Any chassis components have been removed/installed or replaced."
So my question is, what's the benefit or purpose of doing the ZPC if no lights are showing? It's easy enough but is it worth the time and trouble?
