Door Handle is cracking -

All of the door handles on my 2013 4Runner are cracking, probably due to the humidity down here in S Florida. Does anyone know how to replace that piece of the handle that's chipping? Anyone know of the part #? Thanks

Interesting. Are they all doing that? Mine aren't yet (2011).

Door handles are surprisingly easy to pop off and replace. They’re exposed to the sun so they eventually go funky.

Because of how far my tires poke out I’m constantly chipping paint or hitting them with rocks causing the plastic to crack. They’re usually 30 dollars each and come paint matched. Really easy to swap out and don’t require removing the door panels.

So don’t fret.

I think the cracking is due to the fact that South Florida has tons of humidity and rain. Sometimes, you go outside and it feels like a sauna. Anyway, I found some handles on eBay for about $65 a piece.

Do you know where I can get them for $30? That would save me some money. Thank you!

Door handle cracking

69210-35190-B0 is there a replacement video for front and rear door handles?
I have the 2010 4runner Limited smart key entry. I'm in California and mine have fine cracks also.

Were you able to resolve this issue with your cracked door handle chrome?

I actually bought them of off E-Bay. I had to specify the color code and they painted them for me for like $55.00. I do not see them offered anymore but I would think you could juts have yours painted at a body shop or buy black ones from E-Bay and have them painted and stick them on?
