Thumbs up for GTPeace Service in Northern VA for excellent service

I don't normally post reviews but since it took me multiple attempts to find a good local service shop in the DC area for my 4Runner, I thought I would share my (very) positive experience.

I had my Eibach lift put on by GTPeace in Herndon, VA near Dulles Airport this week. As a newbie to the 4Runner scene, Scott, Sean and folks at GTPeace answered my questions over multiple call with unfailing professionalism and patience. A special shout out for Scott@hightech (he used to be w/ Hightech) who did the install - he is sometimes on this board and took the brunt of my questions.

Bottom line, polite, professional folks who run a very clean shop with excellent service and fair pricing.

I live in the area, and have been looking for a good local shop to install Eibachi pro lift! Should I contact GTPeace and look for Scott?

In short, yes.

I had a good experience and would recommend them. Although everyone I spoke to was good, Scott is the tech who specializes on 4runners.

I had the pleasure of meeting Scott at GTPeace and had him install my Hefty Fabworks full bumper and winch. I found this shop after buying my 4Runner while in search of a good shop that had some knowledge of this platform. I reached out to a number of specialty “off road” shops inquiring about the bumper install and suspension in Va, MD, and West Va. Everyone of the other shops were used to working on Jeeps but the 4Runner was outside of their comfort zone regarding the suspension and bumper install I was interested in.

I cannot emphasize how happy I am with the work Scott at GTPeace did. The install is absolutely perfect and was done super fast at a better price than any other shop I had talked to in VA, WV, or MD.

The work he did is amazing. He went above and beyond. He fabricated a bracket to install my winch control box in a location that is super easy to access. I will create another thread to showcase this bumper for all those interested. Everything is lined up perfectly and the attention to detail is evident in the install.

Scott is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I have ever had the opportunity to meet. He was able to explain in detail the thought process, logic, and reason behind his recommendations. It’s really excellent to meet someone with that depth of knowledge, experience, and foresight who cares about his craft as much as he does.

Every one at the shop was extremely helpful and their communication, attention to detail and customer service is unparalleled. You can tell they have a passion for what they do.

I look forward to working with GTPeace to figure out my suspension for my 4Runner as the next step. I cannot recommend them enough.
