I don't think anybody rebuilds those, no.

but that's for the stock idler arm.
If you buy one from another manufacturer, you can buy bronze bushings instead of plastic ones:

i got the idler arm replaced. The outgoing one was downright floppy.
I'd start on pulling the starter, but i can't remember where i put the socket extensions that i just bought yesterday.

edit: Sunday. starter is replaced. It went from 70*F outside to raining in five minutes, so i guess i'm done for the day.

update!

-Brakes don't pull anymore. However the pedal travel is really long and soft. It's near the floor when real braking happens, but it works. Normal?

-Steering is still boned. It's not floppy anymore. Steering wheel is still turned far to the right to go straight, and something squeaks on left turns.
I replaced the Idler Arm already, i guess steering box is next?

-Oil pressure gauge reads zero, but temp gauge stayed right in the middle the whole 20min trip home. Check engine light came on once, but went away after restarting the truck.

-Drivers window seal gets stuck on the window and jams it.

-Also hoses that go to the intake manifold are disconnected and plugged. I don't know what is supposed to go where

If the brake pedal firms up with a couple pumps then goes soft again, it's a leak. If it's just plain soft, you probably have air in the lines and just need to bleed them again. Don't forget the LSPV.

Steering is easy - raise the front, move the wheel until the pitman arm is pointing straight back. If the steering wheel isn't centered at that point, take it off and center it. Now check the wheels, if they aren't pointing straight ahead, you can do a driveway alignment, or better yet take it in for a professional alignment. Squeaking is more likely to be a tie rod end than the steering box.

i replaced the inner and outer tie rod ends, with the adjusting sleeves, today.
The old ones were rusted to hell.
Haven't gotten to adjusting the steering wheel yet.

Does anybody know where i can find a diagram of where those plugged hoses go?
