It's a sum of the parts and not really the year they are stealing but it just happens that out of Accords the '95 year is the most stolen and Honda did a good and a bad thing which is making alot of their parts very desired across their model lines as being good for consumers and for thieves which is bad for Honda owners.

I just had my '91 Honda Civic stolen about a month ago. Found it two days after it was stolen parted out.
Hood
Front Fenders
Front Bumper
Head Lights / Tail Lights
Inside dr panels
Front/Rear Speakers/Stereo
Back Seat
Spare Tire (hah)
and more!

Anyway, kind of glad they took it now. Gave me the money to get my T4R!

Everything happens for a reason...

They could probably sell the parts from those vehicles for a great price. I think foreign cars are stolen more frequently because of this.
