Yes I agree that the GX should come with 18's from the factory. On Clublexus there are posts indicating that the '08 GX will get a "refreshening" to include optional 18" wheels.Mark86 said:
Since the tires are the exact same brand and sidewall height as what I had on before (Dueler 265/65-18 v. Dueler 265/65-17) I haven't noticed any degredation in ride quality, in fact it seems a bit better probably cuz the tires are much newer. But since it sits a 1/2 inch higher now I would assume my skidpad score will be adversely affected

You know what, well this is just MY OPINION since I barely noticed the picture you took of your GX at the tire shop.... I dont know if it's really required or just my personal preference, and I dont know if the 4Runner guys do this also, but I always tell the tire shop (unless it's my Lexus dealership that's lifting my GX) to TURN OFF the air suspension... Idk... I might be toooooo obsessed about my cars, but I do it just as a precaution...
