now as you can see both beams are level but they are not the same height, if you set the reflector adjusters at the same level you can use the mountin

After I drilled the holes in the reflector I mounted it, I used 6 32 2" screws When I take it apart again Im going to use some nicer m4 cap nut screws

The two white plastic pieces adjust the angle of the headlamps. In my opinion you should align you projector coaxially with the bore of the thing stic

You can Ziptie and tape the bubble wrap over the lense to protect it while you assemble the headlight, also you can stick the bulbs in to keep dust pa

I put blue tape over the glue on the edge so the plastic dust wouldnt get into it.

My LED Plate 750 LEDs 6300 lumens 6500k they run about 80 watts havent measured it though. One issue is that the leds do not have lenses or reflector
