I have now done this job at least 5 times???? Using new o rings each time, is there a trick to keeping them from leaking. Snugging them up, and it starts to leak. Help please? Kurt

Replace the injectors ...again :biggrin2: Well I must have pinched an o-ring last time cause it runs sweet now. New re manufactured injectors, gaskets, and washers on the fuel rail. Runs strong.

Yes I have bled the system, not getting it to burp? According to the scan tool it has a misfire on cyl 1. The misfire is not consistent, in other words it can be driven for a week with out any issues except heat. The injectors were re manufactured from Rock auto. Made by auto line ( I think)...
