Easy fix for now. Took the air mix servo apart and inspected the gears inside. The grease inside was old and crusty, possibly from dirt and debris. These spots made the gears much harder to turn. Cleaned them up a bit and turned the gear 180. Working like a camp for now!

Got a 2nd letter last weekend. Took it to the dealer here in Oklahoma today and they said the dash will take about 4 days to get here. Sweet!

Where do you buy yours from aedgington? I had the oem nav in my 2004 runner and have had problems finding a nice looking kit that fits a double din. This looks great though! Worth the extra $ To me.
