Also-I found this bracket on the inside right by where I cannot get the bumper to separate. I’ve seen no where where anyone refers to removing this bracket. Here is a picture:

The front end on it was rebuilt a bit ago. I do not remember if epoxy was put on or not but this could definitely be contributing to the issue.

I’ve yanked on that thing about as much as I think you can. Can anyone else confirm? If so I must just be weak.
