so i thought i had that creak taken care of when i wrapped the latch with duct tape but it has come back...Has anyone fixed this annoying creak for good without it coming back?? Besides driving around with the seat down, lol... I think someone mentioned electrical tape, maybe i'll try that too...

Wierd Fan speeds for Heater Controls

noticed this as well, i thought maybe it was because the car wasn't actually warm enough to pump air at the temp i had set and once it was, it blew out full force...?? Or is that just a stupid explanation??

I'm Glad They Don't Offer a Stripped Model

i agree about the mirrors, but mine is black so less of issue for me... The only other SUV that came well equipped across all trim levels was the pathfinder, from the outside that is, they felt very cheap on the inside though, WAY too much hard plastic.

I'm Glad They Don't Offer a Stripped Model

I think that all the trim models look great...If you were shopping for say a new explorer (which we were), in order to get one that looks respectable, your gonna have to get a higher trim or else it's gonna look like shite (ie, no fog lights, small tires with crappy rims, plastic everywhere)...

    Man vs. Wild

Oh and I think the comparison between the two shows is difficult because the premise of suvivorman was to show you how to survive in one spot basically for 7 days...Les never really goes anywhere... On the other hand, Bear strikes out and tackles the elements, he he's much more physical, and i...

    Man vs. Wild

If you like Man Vs. Wild, read his book "The Kid Who Climbed Everest"...I always loved the show but the book gave me even more respect for the guy...The new season is a much different take on what he used to do but still great IMO.

thanks for the info Mark...Island Beach State Park is a barrier island south of seaside park...Parkway Exit 82, follow rt 37 east until you reach the bridge over the bay, and then follow the beach south, it's at the furthest point south you can go (not very far from the bridge). Warning lights! Lots of 'em!!

the light with the squiggly lines is the light for hill-start assist, but according to the manual, when the system is working the light flashes and an alarm sounds, and unless your driveway is a steep grade to the street, it's probably not activated...it sounds like an electrical issue and not...

    Beep Question

nah, no fish, I really just went out to take the dog and try the truck on the beach...I just got the permit wednesday. I'm almost positive it was a warning beep but i wanted to see if it was anything serious...it sounded like the beep when we lock and unlock the doors...? looking in the manual...
