I would definitely recommend this. I just finished my tundra brake upgrade a week ago. i used the 13wl calipers. Big improvement over the stock brakes. I have the same wheels as you, however I'm running 1.25" spacers for my tires.

I have Wheeler's Offroad extended rear brake line. As far a the panhard bar, I do need to add a drop bracket my rear axle shifted after the lift. It still drives fine until you hit wash boards or consistent bumps in the road. It walks a little.

I'm running lc 7 wraps with lc shocks from toyota. In the front im running Bilstien 5100 for a tundra on the second perch with ome 883 coils.
