I put a Console Vault in my 2023 4Runner, chose the upgraded 4-digit lock dealio. Plenty of room for two small storage containers, 2 carry guns and a couple extra mags. Very well built, big peace of mind.

I'm talking about parking the vehicle, turning engine off, exiting and walking away without locking the doors in any way w/fob or by pressing the handle sensor lock. There is no setting to have the vehicle auto-lock the doors after a certain period of time?

RCI metalworks makes a solid engine skid plate. Had one for 8 years on my 2013. 1/4" aluminum, oil filter access, really good value for about $300.00. It held up really well and install was simple. I'll be getting one soon for my 2023.

It just quit happening for me. I never got it diagnosed. It only happened 3-4 times and always when I was driving at least 40+mph. I was hit and truck was totaled about 8 months later.

I guess there ARE more options than I thought! I was looking the other day online at Tires Plus and only saw 2. I also looked at Tire Rack online but maybe had a filter setting of C load. Didn't know the BFG KO had a 285 in C load - I will check that out.
