Oh it runs. I still drive it and guess I should have mentioned that. Im not blowing in white smoke yet but have had compression tested and was told water is getting into the #3 cylinder. So every so often I add coolant as needed. I was getting CEL and misfire codes on #3 but it hasnt happened...

So I replaced the intake silencer with an Airaid tube. Is this silencer garbage or does anybody want it? The rubber tubes on each end are stock from 2000 and in bad shape. Just didnt know if the silencer itself was worth saving or garbage.

Got mine installed and love the open space. I have a supercharger so I didnt have to deal with the two hose inlets closest to the MAF. Did you have to drill those out? Mine are plugged and cant understand why they wouldn't just come drilled with plugs installed.

Just to clarify from my post that my coolant was low, but Im not getting excessive white smoke.
