Just has a new belt put in 2months ago on my 2003 V6 Limited 4runner (114000 km) and the belt just blew apart! Took it back to the dealer and was replaced free of charge. Any body heard of this happening before? No components siezed (ie. water pump, alternator, etc).

Belt Squeak Just had the belt replaced at 105K and wsa okay for a while and started squeaking. Sprayed some cdn tire belt dressing...okay for a 2 days then really started to squeak. If i go to the dealer will cost a lot based on the TSB. Is getting a better belt than Toyota the answer? Need...

Yeah i think i have to downgrade my firmware. POS.

Sorry it is the TOY 20. Cuts out when i am in direct mode. On the dash keeps flashing CD1.

120GB classic. USA SPEC PA15-TOY IPOD

had a ipod after market interface installed was working fine but when i upgraded IPOD to new release won't work anymore. I tried to restore settings but still not working. Anybody had an issue liek this before? Do ihave to modify the interface in my 03 4runner?

V6 4x4. I live in northern canada and need the 4x4 for snow (skiing we like to do) and i haul my 4ooolb boat around a bit. V8 don;t need it. Cheaper on insurance and gas.

IPOD Great thanks guys for the tips. My 4r is titanium..and i think the chrome will probably be better than the black. Where do you think would be the best place to install the IPOD connector? In the glove box in front of the passenger or in the box in the center console beside the 115ac...

just got a 2003 V6 limited 4runner this year and looking to install ipod interface with aux jacks for dvd player or XM radio. Any recommendations? Also looking for bull guard...ss or black. Which one to buy?
