Well, the pump finally gave out, valves are throwing codes and it put the 4Runner in to "limp mode". It's like dropping a 3cyl engine in a 1ton truck. Drives fine around town, but SUCKS on hwy. Shop says $3k to fix, but medical bills are killing me so I don't have the $ to get it fixed...

Front socket looks rough so I'll just go ahead and replace it. Rear looks fine.

The ground is good. The front bulb socket does look like it could be a problem, the rear looks fine though. I may get the front bulb socket changed and see if that helps. If it does then I may go ahead and replace the rear too just to see if it helps. I'll report back when done.
