I just gave up on it and forgot about it, I am sure sound is still there, but doesn't bother me anymore. For foam, one of those wall acoustic sound proofing foams, any soft foams that can squeeze through tight spaces should be fine.

I have 20' TRDP, no statics here and I am very OCD on odd noises too. I say you just take it to the dealer, since it's brand new, such thing should be perfect to your standards. If it's a speaker problem I am sure it's an easy fix for the dealers.

Sorry for super late reply. I didn't take it to the dealer because I honestly think it's normal behavior with a factor of hot weather (95F+ summer). I did tighten the spring bolts to whatever I can and just haven't heard it since. Plus weather is cooler now too.

Little update: I took it to the dealer for this issue and basically the cruise control/radar cruise module was unplugged. I am guessing someone from the factory assembly forgot to plug this. Now it's all good. This '20 Pro had few issues straight from the factory along with this CC not plugged...
