Any tips for how to replace the rear axle breather? Mine keeps getting clogged and oil comes out my rear axle seals. What's the OEM part number for a new breather and any tips installing it?

I have a 3rd gen 4runner and would like to change out my O2 sensors (both upsteam and downstream). Problem is, the nut is almost completely rusted off, and I'm having trouble getting the old sensor off. Does anybody have some advice for how I can do this? Here is a pic: Imgur

I'll add that when I first switched to the Michelin xradials, the ride quality improvement was absolutely incredible over the stock Bridgestone Duelers.
