99 4Runner - is there a way to quickly change headlight bulbs without removing or loosening the entire headlight assembly and grille?

I was able to simply reach behind the housings and remove the rubber shroud, then bulb. It's fairly simple and straight forward.

Shouldn't be more than 3-4 minutes to do both bulbs.
