Searched and found a lot of posts about replacing the solenoid contacts on the 3rd gen but now sure if the 4th gen starter is in the same spot and cant find anything on 4th gen starters. Basically when I turn the key it just clicks once and nothing else. Try to jump and same thing happens...

Ive had my runner now for 7ish years and looking at blue book values it never shows the "special edition" in the drop down. Can anyone tell me what makes my 06 4runner v8 special edition so special? thanks.

Went to my buddies house this weekend so he could help me change my serpentine belt and I changed my cabin filter while he worked on that and boy...Im glad I did!

im also curious how it sounds. Im putting a dual exhaust on my V8 runner but I dont want it to be to obnoxious but i do want it to sound "throaty". Any sound bites out there?
