My kids 93 4Runner trans finally took a dump. I have a line on a good used transmission minus the transfer case. To swap over the transfer case is it as simple as Unbolting the transfer case and rebolting it to the new transmission or am I missing something ? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the Information. I also found in an online FSM that the Brake Indicator Light is also tied to the Transmission. (Something to do with torque converter lock-up). I will keep searching. No codes thrown as of yet.
