    Key Fob Delete?

Brian, you are a legend! Thank you :guitar3: So… I just tested my theory regarding the key and the alarm. I thought that if I cleared the stolen key fob and someone opened the door with the key, it would set off the alarm (as their key fob, which locks the doors and sets the alarm, had been...

    Key Fob Delete?

Thanks Eddie. Exactly what I'm wanting to do.. zero out all remote codes and add the one back that I still have. Hoping to avoid the dealership!

    Key Fob Delete?

Thanks Brian. Interesting... Yes it's the original factory installed keyless remotes that also control the rear window. I'm pretty sure the set-up is stock with a factory alarm. I did add a remote a couple of years ago when one of the 2 originals finally died and I didn't have to re-add the...

    Key Fob Delete?

It's a 99 limited. I still have one working fob and will purchase & program another one. But I need to remove the stolen remote from the alarm system so the thief can't disarm the alarm. Hoping there is a factory re-set that deletes all key fobs, then I can re-program the one I have and a new one.

    Key Fob Delete?

Hi guys, a key & fob (remote) to my 3rd gen was recently stolen. Is it possible to delete it from the truck? Or is this something the dealer has to do? I realize the thief could still open it with the key but without the remote, the alarm would blast and I assume the truck wouldn't start. Thanks...

Window Washer Fluid Light won't turn off!

Thanks guys! I was hoping there was a simple fix... aside from "just kill it" lol. Too funny, I've got a black sticker over the abs as well... since I killed that a couple of years ago!

Window Washer Fluid Light won't turn off!

Fluid got low, light came on... filled it up... and the damn light won't go out! Am I missing something? Another container for the rear? Bazar! Any suggestions? Thanks

    5th Gen Wheel Fitment-Help Please:)

Are they the same offset? It would be nice if they stuck out a half inch or so... but I definitely don't want them if they tuck in at all like the FJ wheels. Thanks for the quick reply.

    5th Gen Wheel Fitment-Help Please:)

I've got a line on a set of these wheels but would like to know how different the offsets are from my stock 5 Stars. Will they stick out a little? Or be tucked in and need spacers? Any immediate help would be appreciated as I'm looking at them in a couple of hours. Thank you

OME 891 or Tundra or LC rear coils etc?

With a heavier front bumper, you'll want something beefier than the 99 talls and if you're doing a bit of a lift you'll probably want something a bit taller than the 901's.

OME 891 or Tundra or LC rear coils etc?

Just talking 3rd gens here. Bought mine with 80,000kms (55,000ish miles). The rears were really soft. Added a trailer hitch and put a bike rack with 4 bikes on it and a bit of gear in the back.. and the ass end dips down... that is ridiculous my friend:) Not hatin on the runner, just sayin the...

OME 891 or Tundra or LC rear coils etc?

They are stiff but not harsh at all. We haul our kids around in the runner as it's the daily driver and no complaints whatsoever. The 901's actually improved the handling as well (less body roll made it more responsive). I'd say they sould have come from the factory this way. Stock rears are way...

OME 891 or Tundra or LC rear coils etc?

How about OME 906? If your staying stock 99 talls in the front, these are perfect for reducing sag. I also haul a 21' wake boat and these are awesome! Ride is still great, gives a little lift to the rear and they handle a lot of weight. Do a search. Cheers

6x12 Trailer Phx to Seattle 12/28

Sounds like we use our runners for similar purposes! Mine is also the daily family hauler and I tow my boat around your neck of the woods in the summer (Naramata). That said, last year I installed OME 906's with blistien HD's and it's the best upgrade I've done! The ride isn't harsh at all...

    Need help with winter/snow tires

Thought your post was a brilliant play on words! You pointed out the 997 (only Porsche guys know these numbers). And tied it in with "there IS no substitute" (classic Porsche phrase). Fellow 993 owner :) Cheers! ►*0:45►*0:45 "Porsche. There is no substitute." Risky Business 1983 - YouTube
