Also u-joints are new and the drive shaft is not bent. I'm not sure of the actual pinion angle. Is there an exact angle it should be, is it adjustable, where are the best locations to take the mesurements for the angle. You guys are awesome. Thank you very much for the help.

Output shaft nut on transfer case is tight. Drive shaft was fazed correct as per a driveshaft company. All new u-joints. The place I have been going too has been very reasonable and has not charge me full price being what he did, didn't fix the problem.
