Have a bit of a problem and hoping you guys could give me a strait answer since I cannot seem to find one. I trashed the gas tank on my 96 looked all over my area and cannot find one anywhere close. There are several second gens around being parted out and several pick-ups also. We're the tanks...
it would be pretty hard to contact the winch first as the winch sits back and there is a full skid plate that starts behind the fairlead and runs clear back
cost was minimal as i had alot of the items at the shop. i did build it myself. as for the winch sitting to low, i think that the pic makes it look lower than it actually is. you would have to cut the grill out or stick it out past the grill to get it much higher.
I recently bought a front diff from urban assault. Payment was made and I had a tracking number the next day, 3 days later it was at my door. Which was clear across the US. When it arrived everything was as it should have been. Great guy to deal with
Re front diff
I have tried to send you a couple pm's since you sent me the one about the front diff but they do not show that they have sent. Please let me know if you have received them as I would really like to buy the front diff so i can get my runner back together
Thanks
Jesse
So today I decided that I would install the new optima red top in my 96 runner. While I had the battery out I also went ahead and installed the new pioneer head unit in place of the stock unit. After I buttoned everything up, I connected the battery cables and turned the key to the on position...
How much longer than stock are your links. You have built what looks to be an excellent product. I may be interested in a set for front and rear in a couple weeks.
I have already put 30k on my runner on and off the road with the rear sway bar off with no problems. I really don't see the need to put the rear back on but have not decided wether or not to pull the front out or just get the longer links and build a set of disconnects.
