No, the cutoff is higher on the drivers side significantly, for both fogs. I have a gap at 25 ft of probably 5ft between headlight and fog.

I have them, they fit and plug right in. Haven't had any issues with them ever, only thing I can think of is that I can't rotate the beam, but I don't know if the hella's can be rotated either.
