I am in the process of replacing the tracks that go along the bottom of the glass where the regulator rolls in. How do I remove the glass from the tailgate? I need to get the regulator rollers out of the track before the glass is free. Will I have to remove the regulator assembly? ​​​​​​​Thanks

Update. The bumper came off easily. Getting it back on was not terrible but did require 2 people and some effort.
