rear window removal / installation

I am in the process of replacing the tracks that go along the bottom of the glass where the regulator rolls in. How do I remove the glass from the tailgate? I need to get the regulator rollers out of the track before the glass is free. Will I have to remove the regulator assembly?

[edit] that video doesn't show a complete removal but you just have to 'close' the window all the way while the tailgate is open. That way you can just slide the regulaters out of the tracks.
