Water leaking out of headliner - Sunroof ?

So I did exactly this, worked great (so far). Thanks! Super easy for anyone looking to do the same. You can probably do it without removing anything, but it's better for pre-cleaning. Here's some pics... Pop trim piece down and remove the nuts holding on the glass: Remove glass: - I used...

Water leaking out of headliner - Sunroof ?

Adding a picture of the bezel crack... I think that whatever sealer is used, it needs to be injected well up into the crack and under the rubber. Otherwise it will just negate the sealer and leak on the sides. The water leaks through the crack, into the headliner and under the map lights. Then...

    Slow Starter Issue (power issues)

Searching, can't find answers. Please post them if I missed anything! 2000 Limited 3.4 V6 My issue... Starter is super labored sounding, slow like it's not getting enough power. Once it turns over, it's usually ok (now that I fixed the rubber bumper under the cable head at the gas pedal... it...

3rd Gen Stereo Head Unit Install w/Pic's

Hey guys, I got everything back in and it all works. I replaced most bulbs in my climate-control unit, and also in the control bar just above it (rear window, etc pwr, etc.). Only some were actually dead. I also cut the orange illumination wire on the aftermarket wiring harness. The clock is...

    Skipping 2000 Limited deck

I think in your case it would just be a dirty head I would assume. There's probably a similar fix, yeah.

    Skipping 2000 Limited deck

My deck has semi-recently started skipping near track 8,9,10 area on CD's. And once it starts, it won't stop no matter where you're at. And it's much worse when moving. I've heard of this problem seemingly after 2001? I have reason to believe this could be simply due to a dirty lens, but I...

    Gas Mileage

You know, I was thinking I already did that, but never after I swapped the 02 sensors... We'll see if that changes anything, thanks!

    Gas Mileage

Yeah, I've heard it one way and experienced it the other. I installed an intake on my old Explorer and the mileage jumped ~3mpg better. But I'm sure one car could react differently to the change.

    Gas Mileage

Haha thanks. Yeah, you could be entirely correct. If I can't figure it out, I'll continue tracking my mileage and driving light (most of the time XD)
  13. J

    Gas Mileage

I did... How do you do that? My buddy cleared the check-engine code (for the 02 sensors... like 3 times until I replaced both), but I'll assume that's not the same thing XD

    Gas Mileage

Worse gas mileage AFTER installing new Cold Air Intake, both O2 sensors, and rotating the tires... I was getting around 19-22, now getting 17-19 driving like a grandma, taking inside lines... Everyone says it's because the intake gave me more power, and so I'm driving harder, but I'm not! I'm...

    K&N Cold Air Intake. Power/gas (2000 Limited)

Yeah, street only for sure. And if I do ever do any off-roading, I'll switch it back and do the deckplate mod. I had a K&N intake on my 96 Ford Explorer, and it made a significant enough difference. I never had any issues with the MAF sensor, given I oiled it correctly. The only potential...
