I want to know FOR SURE how to switch to 4WD. I have a 95 4runner automatic 3.0L. Everyone tells me all different ways to do it, but I need to know the actual right way to do it without screwing up. Thanks.

I've been running it without the thermostat from previous overheating for temporary. Now I just put a new thermostat in and it's overheating quicker. Any clue why??? I'm assuming a coolant flush. I need anyone's knowledge that's better than mine in case I'm wrong.

If you know where it goes I could use a picture if that's cool but I gotta buy a new one as well. Anywhere I can get one easily?

When I fixed a blown head gasket, I can only remember it came off a vacuum hose. Which is why I posted this. But I got a 95 SR5 V6 EFI

Will it mess with my rpms? Mine go up and down and be I put my foot on the gas peddle its a bit hesitant then it will go. Any idea where it goes?

Well it's definately rough cuz sometimes it'll run normal then suddenly the rpms fall. And yeah I've noticed some loss in performance and I sure hope it's a vaccum hose cuz that's way cheaper to replace lol. But do I use that engine cleaner in the spray bottle you mean?

Well while in drive its about 1500 then when I go in drive it shoots below 1000 and it never done that. And it's stays below 1000 while sitting still and turning on the AC has a tad bit of decrease cuz you can feel it

What am I looking for when I take it off??

Recently I have noticed my rpms are running weird. When I crank it, it runs around close to 2000 almost which is odd for mine. When I shift into reverse it goes below 1000. While I am at a red light its below 1000 as well, and when i press on the gas to go its a little hesitant then it will go...

Wanting to get extra lighting on my T4R. Where do I hook these bad boys to? And how would I be able to put the on/off on my dash or wherever?
