KC Lights

Wanting to get extra lighting on my T4R. Where do I hook these bad boys to? And how would I be able to put the on/off on my dash or wherever?

Light to fuse box and then to the switch and battery.

Just btw getting a 6 inch light ($50 a pair) put 100w bulbs in ($20/pair) and buy the 6 inch kc rock guards ($25/pair) you essentially get kc lights for half the price with better light output.

Do a quick web search for "driving light wiring diagram" and you'll see plenty of options. You do NOT want to go straight from the switch to power as mentioned--make sure your circuit includes a proper relay or you will keep frying switches. You will also see options for wiring into your headlights, if you so choose.

X2 Make sure you are running fused relays, otherwise it might become an inferno down the road. You also don't want all the power running through the switch.

I found The Haynes Manual comes in handy for wiring things like this. Does anyone know where to find vintage KC lights for a first gen? The new stuff doesn't stands out too much on a well patina first gen.

Hey Marvin. I see these pop up on Offerup and Craigslist from time to time. In my opinion though: a good set of LEDs look great.
