cluth limit switch to start vehicle
I think the clutch limit switch on my '91 runner manual tranny is going. It's having trouble starting, but battery voltage is good. Has anyone run into this?- kermit

Toyota needs to put a manual tranny back in the 4runner. Too much electronic crap going on. Could use the system from the FJ minus the ATRAC- kermit

trading 2nd gen for 3rd gen
Thinking of trading in the 91 4runner 2.4 ltr for a 3rd gen 4runner. Want a v-6 for hauling the camper. Not sure whether to do the 96-98 or the 99-00. Only want manual tranny, so can't consider 01 and 02. Any thoughts anyone?- kermit

75 series tires for offroading
considering buying a gen 4 4runner. noticed they come with 70 and 65 series tires. I have always run 75 series. did Toyota do that for better handling on pavement? Anybody ditch the 65 or 70 series and put on 75 series tires?- kermit
