Cant say what was tested..my fault for not asking the shop. They hooked it up to diag tool and said both cats were bad in the readings. No mention of 02 sensors.
I would think this the same P0420 code but didnt check as they were closed when I went back. They stayed late to replace...
So this nightmare continues. A few months ago got a check engine light. Pulled the MAF, cleaned it. Still no good. Got one from a junkyard. Same thing. Bought a new one.. same thing. Brought to a muffler shop and replaced both cats for big $$$.
Pull away from the shop and within one...

I understand they are not highway rides.. but i should not have constant shaking making it almost unbearable to drive. Guess i will go the route to check balance...

Have a 2000 4runner sr5 4wd with 95k miles. Brought to dealer and they did timing belt/water pump and asked them to check the front end as it has a horrible highway ride. After 40 mph I get a good shake up to 70 mph where it gets worse..basically making me nuts. This is my third 4runner and...
Seems when i purchased my 2000 4runner i never got the wheel lock key. So now its brake time and not sure how to get these off. Anyone have a tip how to get these off and what the specs are for the lugs so I can get new ones?

Friend needs his car towed about 900 miles. I have a 2000 4runner 4wd. Any chance I could tow it on one of those uhaul trailers? I seem to think the total weight woudl be too much. It is a one time thing one way only.

Found out the CD player on my head unit is shot... just keeps kicking out the cds.
I was looking for advice on what I could put in this spot. Questions if anyone can help:
- the plug to the radio.. how many pins is it and would a toyota factory cd changer from another/newer toyota work...
is there a way i can gauge if the deals I am seeing are good. I had a 99 back in the day.. but now i see such a range of prices. Of course i know theres no one answer depending on mileage, condition, model. I guess maybe if someone has seen what they feel is a good deal let me know...
Ready to turn in sequoia as i cant afford payment anymore.. so looking at a 97-02 4runner. I know things changed in 99... but are these years (99-02) better than and worth the extra $$ than say a 97 or 98? I see some nice 97's and 98's for sale near me but want to do the right thing here...
