No heat -dash control arm stuck

No heat -dash control arm stuck
I just bought 96' 4runner for my son and everything was fine till last night.The arm that controls flow of cold /hot air is stuck and blows cold air inside.what seems to be a solution to a problem?All your imput greatly appreciated.- mrfastvrod
