No heat -dash control arm stuck

I just bought 96' 4runner for my son and everything was fine till last night.The arm that controls flow of cold /hot air is stuck and blows cold air inside.what seems to be a solution to a problem?All your imput greatly appreciated.

Do a search for stereo installs. You should be able to find some write ups that will show how to pull the dash apart so you can get in there and see what's stuck.

thanx kball. will do that.Friend of mine said that control cables have to lubricated.
