Yes! Mine whips around in the wind too. Ive noticed that when it gets coated or covered with ice it gets heavy then really oscillates back and forth. Looks like its gonna pop the mount out of the fender @ 70 mph when its coated!

Swap out for a Tacoma whip I just replaced mine, the power antenna quit working and its more expensive to replace than it is to replace it with a traditional whip antenna. do a search for the taco whip and you will find writeups for it. The kit was only 40 bucks to replace it.

Balance and Alignment issue Went in and had tires re-balanced and alignment checked.... Needless to say, Walmart had tried to balance the wheels using the hubcentric method, my toyota dealer has the adapter and the proper road force balance and fixed the problem, no vibration anymore...
