Yea I suppose it is a fair offer. It's just difficult to gauge with these vehicles since KBB and other sources show so much lower but don't take into account the actual market value.

Bluebook of course shows very little, because it does not take into account the actual market for these types of vehicles. Sucks.

I'm located in socal, and so is the truck, so I don't think rust should be a huge issue. Yea, I've read the buyers guide which was extremely helpful. Its AWD and guy says it has no mechanical issues whatsoever. Just had new brakes and battery, and just passed smog.
