Selling advise

Good evening, everyone. I'm in the middle of trying to sell my 2004 4Runner SE 4WD with 195,500 miles and wondering what a good price to let it go for would be. I got offered $10,500 (asking $13,500) and wondering if this is a price I should let it go for.

Details:

Clean title
Records on hand going back 10 years
1 accident on carfax ( no damage to vehicle)
Overall in great shape and mechanically sound

What do y'all think?

Just look around your area or state and see what they are going for, in similar condition.

What does kelley bluebook say?

Also, see if any dealerships have similar ones for sale and see what they're charging. Undercut their prices a little and you should have an easy sell.

Bluebook of course shows very little, because it does not take into account the actual market for these types of vehicles. Sucks.
