Yeah, Honda calls there 2-in-1 ECU and AT controller a PCM (powertrain control module). Different acronyms for different manufacturers, lol.

I actually took that into account when decided where to manually shift, so I made it a point to go all the way to redline on the 1-2 shift, and let the PCM auto shift from 2-3. I did however leave it locked in 3rd gear instead of letting it shift to 4th before the finish, as I felt I'd lose more...

Didn't take anything out, and I left the spare in because I think I'd be better off having that extra weight behind/over the axle; open diffs suck :) I left the auto in in 3, so I was somewhere above 5k RPMs crossing the finish. I felt that it was probably better to let it wind all the way up...

I'll let the attached spreadsheet do most of the talking. However, I must mention that this was my second drag event ever, and the temps started off at 54*F, and dropped to around 45*F by my last run. It's all stock, except for a K&N drop-in filter, if it matters :p I'm bummed that I redlighted...

That is exactly what I'm thinking. The only way I could see the hitch snapping off is if I go too far over the 730lb tongue weight limit, or if I tried to use a WD hitched trailer with my weight-bearing receiver...

My only confusion comes from the fact that my owner's manual specifically states that I can still tow 7300lbs with this weaknut weight-bearing hitch installed (it acknowledges that I don't have a WD hitch!). Nowhere in the manual does it say that I'm limited to 5k lbs... Again as soon as I get...
