I am fairly certain that my heater core is due for a replacement. How big of a job is it to replace the heater core? I helped a buddy do it once in an F-150 and it felt like we had to completely disassemble the vehicle to get to it.

From some of the what I have read, spraying the underside of the vehicle is not a good idea unless you know that you have gotten all of the rust. Otherwise, it can then rust from the inside out. Do you guys have any other ideas about what to spray my vehicle with?

I have done some quick research on the 4runner frames vs the tacoma frames. It seems that the 4runner has a box frame and the tacoma had a channel frame under the bed. So I dont think that my frame could fall under the tacoma recall. I will try to get some pictures uploaded tonight.

I would assume the bolt pattern is the same, and rubbing shouldnt be a concern. 265/70/17 size out about the same as a 265/75/16 which doenst rub, so you should be okay.

NO, i never really worried about theft. If my rods are in my vehicle, it is locked.

here is a rod holder that I made a few months ago. Work pretty good for holding three rods. I still have to paint it so that it wont stick out so bad.

When my brother and I put my cooler on, we made brackets and mounted the cooler about 1 1/2"-2" out in front of the ac condensor. So far so good. I dont really see the benefit of mounting it right next to the condensor.

Guys, I had to replace my AC Condensor. Do I have to have my system vacuumed, or can I just recharge it myself? Thanks Aaron
