I'm considering wrapping the skip plate on my 16 4runner. Has one done this before? Are there any heat issues I need to be aware of? I have some wrap left over from another project and would like my skid plate to be black instead of silver.

I removed the running boards from my Limited today. It looks much better without them.

Running boards are GONE! This is something I've wanted to do since I purchased it. It has a much cleaner look. Thanks for the information.

I want to remove my running boards from my 2015 Limited. I want it to have a clean look. I just looked underneath it. From what I saw, it looks like I only need to remove the bolts that attach the running board brackets to the body. It looks pretty straight forward. Am I missing anything?
