I hadn't considered having the drum turned. I don't even know for sure if it can be done on one of the combination Rotor/Drum but it may be worth a try. They are brand new but nothing else seems to work so, what's another 50 bucks?

I have scrupulously followed the directions, thoroughly cleaned both the metal button and the windshield plastic, applied with the temperature above 50F and below 80F, allowed the glue to cure for 48 hours before attaching the mirror and still it falls off. This is nuts. Ideas?

Does the glue adhere To the Plastic Strip on the Windshield? Does the glue adhere to the black plastic strip on the windshield or should I scrape that strip off, then glue directly to the glass?

I'm trying to figure out what glue I need to use to reattach the mirror. It doesn't attach directly to the glass but to a black plastic sticker that is itself attached to the glass. Any ideas?
